Fresh, frozen, or canned (without additives); includes spinach, sweet potatoes, and broccoli, which offer essential vitamins and fiber.
Whole Grains

Unprocessed grains like quinoa, oats, brown rice, and barley, providing sustained energy and nutrients.

Legumes
Dried or canned beans and lentils such as black beans, chickpeas, and lentils, offering a rich source of protein and fiber.
